  FeDex is one of the most inept companies. They could not deliver a biological sample in dry ice at the right temperature. When it came, the dry ice was all melted away and the sample wasted. Further their customer care has no clue about how things should be coordinated and just go on blaming the counterparts at other locations. A complete useless service. Will never use it again.

  Highly disappointed. Waited at home on 5 seperate occasions for the delivery and was informed each time that I wasn't at home. Had to go pick it up at the shipping centre. What is the point of paying high delivery costs when it doesn't get delivered?

  On the 8th of July morning time, I knew that there might be some issues with my package scheduled delivery on the day according to past experiences with Fedex, therefore I woke up intentionally early in order to collect my package.
  
  In the morning at 7am I woke up and checked the status of my package since then, Until 8am ish,
  I realized that the status of my package was changed to " Package is on the vehicle " at
  9:10 am so I walked out of my room around 9:15am and was sitting in front of our door bell whilst I was eating my breakfast. After waiting for approx half hour or so in front of door bell, I checked the status of my package and it showed " delivery exception due to customer is not available or business closed ". and I did not hear any ringings of door bell at all . This was where I anger began.
  
  As the result of such disappointment, I phoned up the Fedex immediately and the operator called Aron he was trying to deal with my concern. I explained to Aron what happened and he promised me he would call me back once he found out the possible solution. After a while of waiting time, he did not attempt to call me back so I called up to the service center and looked for him to discuss further movement. Aron responded me that the driver would not be able to make it to come back today. This was where I got pissed off your customer service and I asked Aron to ask a manager to call me back asap.
  
  When the manager returned my call , I explained to him of what happened once again and he did apologize of what I had experienced. At the end of conversation, the manager said he would ask driver to reattemp for delivering my package.
  
  I have been waiting for my package since 11:45 am in the morning when I hung up the phone with the manager. Me, my girlfriend and my roommate were home whole day, until 4:45 pm I could not wait anymore so I phoned up the service center again and I spoke to Aron operator once again. And as usual he promised me to call me back which he never did. Around 5:10pm, I called up the service center again and operator Marco was listening to me what happened and he politely stated " I will try my best but there won't be a guarantee . Not long afterward, Marco called me back and said " there would be impossible for driver to come back because the driver said he did come back for 2nd attempt and rang the bell which is huge lie. We did not hear anything at all.
  
  At the end of conversation with Marco, I could not be more patient anymore so I proposed to go to the service center to pick up my package by my own. Consequently, I do believe this was the worse customer service ever and the worse delivery company that I have ever experienced before.
