  It is a great place to be and most important, there is a place for everyone in the CrossFit2036 box. And this statement comes from someone who thinks that the best sport you can do is laying on the couch with a book in your hands.
  Coach Matty is very experienced and patient and works with each one of us, no matter your fitness level is. I go every morning during the week for a year now and I can say that Matty knows very well what he's doing, his training plan covers everything is needed for one to have a good (and beautiful) built body. I like the way he treats everybody in the box, in a friendly manner, being concerned of their health issues and doing research for everything is needed.
  There are few people in the morning crew (including my other half) with different problems (bad knees or hips or back) and in time, training, they improved their movements and their health condition.
  For everything CrossFit2036 encompasses, I wake up every morning at 5 am (and it is not easy, believe me) and drive for 15 minutes but it really worth it!
  I totally recommend this gym, the crew is very friendly and supportive, the atmosphere is nice, the coach is always open to your specific needs and Murphy (pour les connaiseurs) is just awesome.
